Dr. Umer Fayyaz, with 24 years of experience in the field of pain management, graduated from the College of Physical Therapy, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, in 2001. He has also completed his Master’s (MSc) degree from Liaquat National College of Rehabilitation Sciences.
He began his career at Dr. Ziauddin University Hospital, Karachi, where he treated various patients. However, his passion for pain management led him to focus on outpatient treatments, especially for spinal issues.
In 2008, he moved to National Medical Centre, DHA Phase 1, Karachi, as a Senior Therapist. Due to his dedication and outstanding clinical performance, he was later promoted to Head of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. Over the next 15 years, he gained wide recognition for his pain management expertise.
Alongside his role at National Medical Centre, he operated a small clinic in Clifton Block 7 near Mai Kolachi Road. In 2015, he was promoted to Head of the Rehabilitation Sciences Department due to his skills and dedication. Finally, in 2021, he resigned to establish his own clinic on a larger scale. His passion for pain relief remains strong.
