Terms & Conditions for Doctors

These terms govern your use of the Health Tools platform as a healthcare provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a doctor or healthcare provider ("Provider") on the Health Tools platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Health Tools ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Definitions

Platform
The Health Tools website, mobile applications, and associated services.
Provider/Doctor
Any licensed medical professional registered on the Platform.
Subscription Fee
The recurring fee charged for access to Platform services.
Billing Cycle
The monthly period for which Subscription Fees are calculated and charged.
Grace Period
The 7-day period following a billing due date during which services remain active despite non-payment.

3. Subscription and Fees

3.1 Subscription Plans

To continuously use website features and receive regular appointment referrals, providers must maintain an active subscription. This includes access to profile visibility and patient communication features including WhatsApp and email alerts.

Important Notice

We reserve the right to impose or increase subscription or registration fees at any time. Fee changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees. However, we intentionally keep fees low - you're already saving 70% compared to competitors charging $50-$200/month.

3.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 1st day of each month.

Deactivation Policy

Doctor profiles will be automatically deactivated if subscription fees are not paid by the end of the 1st week (7th day) of every month. During this grace period, your profile will remain active but marked as "Payment Pending."

3.3 Fee Schedule

Choose the plan that best fits your practice. All plans include Dashboard Access, Email Alerts, and WhatsApp Alerts for new appointments.

Unlimited Plan Value

Just $1.00 per day* - The Unlimited plan costs less than a cup of coffee daily and includes unlimited appointments, complete patient history management, e-prescriptions, hospital updates, and all premium features. Most competitors charge $50-$200/month for similar features.

3.4 Included Features (All Plans)

Every subscription plan includes these essential features at no additional cost:

  • Email Alerts - Instant notifications for new appointments
  • WhatsApp Alerts - Direct appointment notifications on WhatsApp
  • Global Visibility - Your profile visible to patients worldwide (USA, UK, UAE, and more)
  • Dashboard Access - Complete practice management dashboard
  • Medical Calculators - Access to all medical calculators
  • Kitty Assistant - AI-powered practice assistant

3.5 Reactivation

Deactivated profiles can be reactivated by:

  1. Paying all outstanding fees
  2. Completing any required profile verification

You can pay your subscription fees using any of the following convenient methods:

Pay by QR Code

Scan this QR code with your mobile banking or payment app to pay your subscription fees instantly.

QR Code for Payment

Instructions: Open your banking/payment app, select "Scan QR (RAAST ID)", and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Pay via Payoneer

Send your subscription fees directly to our Payoneer account. Perfect for international payments.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to your Payoneer account
  2. Go to "Send Payment"
  3. Enter the email above as recipient
  4. Complete the transaction

Please include your doctor registration ID in the payment reference for easy identification.

Payment Confirmation

After making your payment, please send the transaction receipt to care@health.tools4u.click to ensure your subscription is activated promptly. Payments are typically processed within 24 hours.

4. Provider Responsibilities

As a Provider on our Platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain valid medical licenses and credentials
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
  • Honor appointments made through the Platform
  • Maintain patient confidentiality

5. Appointment Management

Providers are responsible for managing their appointment availability. The Platform facilitates appointment requests but does not guarantee appointment volumes. Providers with higher-tier subscriptions receive priority in patient search results.

6. Patient History Management & E-Prescription

The Patient History Management and E-Prescription features, available exclusively on the Unlimited plan, allow providers to:

  • Access complete patient medical records
  • Track patient vitals and visit history
  • Generate and manage e-prescriptions
  • Maintain secure, encrypted patient data
  • Export patient records when needed
  • Send prescriptions directly to pharmacies
Data Security: All patient data is encrypted and handled in compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.

7. Communication Features

7.1 WhatsApp and Email Alerts

All active subscribers receive instant notifications for new appointments via:

  • WhatsApp: Real-time messages sent to your registered WhatsApp number
  • Email: Detailed appointment information sent to your registered email

These alerts are included at no additional cost with all subscription tiers.

7.2 Kitty Assistant

All plans include access to Kitty Assistant, our AI-powered practice management tool that helps with:

  • Finding and recommending specialist colleagues
  • Assisting with patient queries
  • Suggesting appropriate departments based on symptoms

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view within 7 business days. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

Health Tools acts as a platform connecting providers with patients. We are not responsible for the quality of medical services provided, patient outcomes, or any disputes arising between providers and patients. Our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
